  I have rented car for 2 months. While taking the car everything was good, their service, accommodating customers politely but while returning the car the employee was being rude and adding the extra charges. I was treated very badly and it ruined my whole weekend. I was charged with extra amount and i was not holding the cash with me and i asked them that i will pay u by online and the person started asking me my work address where do u work i need your information of work and the exact address of your work what ever it may be we need the money thats it and its just a matter of $140 and i have paid the promised amount which was discussed with nick on phone before the return and the employee who was there while returning the car was asking me what is the proof u spoke to nick show me the proof and how can i show the phone conversation. Do i need to install call recording application while speaking to miles4less . I never expected this. I had a very bad experience during the return . if i saw this behavior on first day i would have approached some other rental car company. Very bad experience.
