  We have stayed for a year now and decided to renew our lease for another year. The maintenance person Manny is the best! He knows everything and fixed all the problems that we had. When we moved in, we had mice in the apt. Manny patched the area and we then no longer had mice issues. If you have any maintenance issues, it's better to let the team know, they will do their best to help you. The new manager onsite Christina is awesome too. Since she came, we have had community gathering events almost every month. She remembered which apt we stay at and even followed up to make sure everything is alright. By the way, the community is steps away from Safeway, Asian grocery stores and many good restaurants.
